Faculty of Humanities
The faculty has active teaching staff members dedicated to teaching and research in different disciples in the field of humanities. For undergraduate studies, the faculty offers BA degree in the fields of Kurdish, Arabic, English, Turkish Languages as well as History, and Islamic Studies. The goal of the faculty, like any other faculty, is to build an educated society to play a vital role in development of education sector. The college aimed to teach the basic knowledge and practical skills for modern commerce, banking and business economics. The College of Administration and Economics is very important for the modern era. It was opened to increase students’ knowledge in business and provide them with skills that will help them to deal with the complexities of the business world, both nationally and internationally. College of Basic Education
The College of Basic Education has been opened in the academic year 2017-2018. The goal of opening such college is for improving the education sciences for both students and teachers, and prepare them to become specialists and academics in education, who in turn will improve the educational field in our society. Meanwhile, this college will provide the teachers who already work in the ministry of education with the improved skills in many various disciplines. The duration of studying in this college extends for four academic years and the graduates will receive BSc Degree in Education, or BA Degree in Education in the public and private specialties according to their choices, which qualifies them to do their work in the field of education.
